JOB SUMMARY
To support and assist Head, Group Facilities in the areas listed below.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lease renewal for all SACS properties with SLA / HDB / MOH / MSF.
- Project management for assigned properties’ renovation works including calling tender & award for consultants and contractors.
- Lead for Group Tender for all SAMH and SACS properties. E.g. appointment of Electricity Retailer
- Lead for Group Tender for Fire Protection, ACMV, Card Access, CCTV, PA and Pest Control.
- Assisting SAMH / SACS properties on facilities and maintenance issues including calling for quotations and ensuring the works are completed properly and according to contract.
- Manage daily operations for building, M&E, cleaning, security, pest control and landscaping when assigned to oversee a property.
- Assist Head Group Facilities on properties compliance to Environmental, Sustainability and Governance Requirements.
- Adhoc works as assigned by the Group CEO and Group Facilities Head.
REQUIREMENTS
- Polytechnic Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architectural with 8 years’ working experience.
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architectural from a reputable university with 4 years’ working experience.
- Preferably with Fire Safety Manager Certification, Green Mark Accredited Professional Certification, Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or higher.
