EMQ2 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. As a key member of our IT team, the ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize ServiceNow applications and modules.
You will be:
· Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow application, modules, and workflows to support business processes and requirements.
· Work with teammates to create and enhance deployment processes for efficient application deployments.
· Collaborate with other development teams and business users to design and implement ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.
· Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT processes.
· Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and layouts to align with business requirements.
· Configure ServiceNow UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to enhance user experience.
· Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
· Provide technical support for ServiceNow applications, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues.
· Stay abreast of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
· Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.
The Ideal Candidate should have the following:
· ServiceNow Developer Certification.
· Knowledge of development on ServiceNow low-code platform.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, both on the frontend and on the backend.
· Strong understanding of relational SQL database, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
· Solid understanding of security best practices.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
· Great interpersonal, collaborating and team playing skills.
· Experienced with Scrum Framework is an advantage.
