HR Operations
- Facilitate the on-boarding/off-boarding process by preparing the letter of appointment/end of employment letter, work pass application/termination, and coordinate with the respective departments;
- Collect and compile all necessary documents to create new hire’s profile / P-file;
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding/offboarding, new-hire orientations, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance;
- Monitor and coordinate work passes renewal and its related administration;
- Assist in drive employee engagement by collating data and analyse workers’ feedbacks pertaining to work environment, remunerations and job fit;
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees on employee-related matters
- Involve in the implementation of HR processes such as manpower planning, recruitment, compliance with local legislation and labour laws;
- Handling and supporting additional projects as needed.
Learning and Development
- Provide end-to-end operational support for all learning & development initiatives e.g. course registration, monitoring and evaluation of training budgets and programs, coordinating programs, training grants administration, bond administration, training records, program evaluation etc;
- Coordinate and support in-house training program (e.g. logistical and F&B requirements, room layout, attendance etc.);
- Support the planning and implementation of Learning Management System (LMS);
- Monitor completion of mandated learning courses and identify lapses for enhancements;
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
- 2 years' experience as a HR Generalist or equivalent;
- Resourceful, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience with Unit4 Prosoft software is preferred;
- Ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary.
