About this role:
As an E-commerce account Manager (TikTok Shop), you will be responsible for developing and executing live-streaming strategies to drive sales for our beauty products. You will be a key player in expanding our brand presence through engaging live stream sessions, interacting with customers, and promoting our products effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Live Stream Planning and Execution: Plan and organize engaging live stream sessions showcasing our beauty products.
Create compelling and informative content to highlight product features, benefits, and usage.
Collaborate with the sales and KOL agency team to align live stream content with overall marketing strategies.
- Customer Interaction and Engagement: Interact with customers during live streams, answering questions, providing product recommendations, and fostering a sense of community.
Utilize social media platforms and other communication channels to promote upcoming live streams and engage with the audience.
- Sales Conversion: Drive sales through effective live stream strategies, encouraging viewers to make purchases during and after live sessions.
Implement sales promotions, discounts, and exclusive offers to boost conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor livestream performance metrics, analyze viewer engagement, and provide regular reports to assess the success of livestream initiatives.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales and engagement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, beauty experts, and other partners who can contribute to successful livestream collaborations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience in live streaming, account management, or sales
- Proven experience in live streaming and content creation, preferably in the beauty or related industry.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry, beauty trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
