Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR management not limited to employee life cycle management, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement, and advisory services on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruiting and selection process which includes partnering with hiring managers, creating and posting job descriptions, screening candidates, and interviews.
- Assist in maintaining workplace discipline and continually educate employees on the Group’s policies.
- Ensure compliance with local labour law and employees’ rights
- Assist in administering and updating any changes in terms of employees’ benefits, medical and hospitalization insurance plans, retirement plans, etc.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues and discussing any problems.
- Assist in HR Projects (Client’s portfolios)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess a Certificate of Employments intermediaries (CEI Basic/KAH) will be an advantage.
- Resourceful and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
