Quality Engineer (DOE/SPC/FMEA/GD&T)
Responsibilities
- Lead for the QE planning and management of resources in support of PCS, Global product qualification and certification process in the Innovation Process and Life Cycle Management (LCM).
- Lead and support the implementation in Asia region for the PCS – Regulatory Services, Standardisation, Material compliance and automotive requirement.
- Execute the QE process to ensure product conformance in terms of technical specifications, reliability specifications and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), Environmental & Safety standards.
- Formulate test plans/ actions with R&D and Process Engineers to meet product specifications and quality requirements.
- Lead the internal actions to resolve product quality related issues and feedback from customers.
- Conduct risk assessment review to ensure adequate corrective and preventive measures are planned and carried out to address the product/ process / material quality failures of internal processes and external customers.
- Lead in coordinating actions for critical issues such as new product qualification failures and delivery stop.
- Review of analysed data of the DoA (Dead on Arrival), DoS (Dead on Stock) and TRR (Technical Reliability Report) etc, and the effectiveness of improvement plans.
- Support Procurement sourcing and material cost reduction activities on supplier /material evaluations and qualification.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Quality Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 4 years of working experience in Quality Assurance, Engineering Product Development and Quality Management in the Manufacturing Environment

- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of statistical tools e.g. DOE, SPC, FMEA, GD&T
