Full job description
- Support overall accounting functions which include preparation of finance and management reports, and costing.
- Reports, fixed assets register, bank/account payable/ accounts receivable/inventory reconciliations, stock and inventory recording and taxation matters.
- Manage all local regulatory and taxation compliance matters including tax computations, tax return submission, and tax payments/refunds, including GST and other tax matters.
- Responsible for payroll processing including liaising with payroll providers, preparing payroll, provision preparation for salary and benefit incentives, employee tax returns and HR filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as MOM, CPF, IRAS AND ACRA.
- Support in HR functions including but not limited to: processing payroll, managing employee leaves, medical and claim matters work pass applications.
- IT integration between restaurants, warehousing and offices.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the director.
