Our client, a leading industry player, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as E-Commerce Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance.
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to enhance online visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Implement initiatives to improve the overall online shopping experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in E-commerce/Retail/FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technology.

- Location: Central
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
