The Role
You will be providing full secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director and the Board. Some of the executive responsibilities include, but are not limited to, calendar management, coordinating meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and presentations, minutes taking, keeping track of deadlines and project progress, and contact databases etc. You will also be assisting with special projects and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the senior executives.
Your Profile
You should have at least 3 years of proven experience in providing secretarial/ administrative support in a diversified environment working with different stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organisational skills that enable you to perform multiple tasks seamlessly and with attention to detail. You will also need to handle confidential information with discretion and will need to have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English. Language capabilities will establish effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ability to be proactive, resourceful, independent and having a positive learning attitude will help you excel in this position.
