As the Assistant Restaurant Manager at IPG Hospitality's upcoming Indian restaurant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operational and managerial functions of the establishment. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will contribute to creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold quality standards.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed and optimizing stock rotation.
Customer Service:
Foster a customer-centric environment by training and leading the front-of-house staff in delivering exceptional service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Staff Management:
Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
