Role:
This is a full-time hybrid Lead Recruitment Consultant (360 Degree) role located in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. The Lead Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities, interviewing candidates, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities and function effectively as part of a team.

· you will work closely with the Operations Manager and HR Manager in the day-to-day activities.
· you will be working on both client acquisition and candidates search and management for our clients in the IT & Technology sector.
· you will need to acquire and manage the successful and high performing recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
· Analyse business development approaches and strategies to determine their best use within the market
· Develop long-range goals and objectives for market penetration
· Update business development strategies in line with market and industry trends
· Use sales tools for accurate forecasting of current and future business
· Drive sales to meet revenue targets by penetrating into new markets and bringing new clients accounts.
· Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
· Negotiate specific terms of service offerings
· Prepare bid documents (quotes and proposals). Prepare client's proposal, respond to tenders, RFQs, etc., in close coordination with the Service Delivery Managers.
· Leverage network to identify potential clients and decision-makers in the organization
· Plan approach for sales opportunities
· Prepare documents and materials for meetings and negotiations
· Prepare pre-sales materials such as capabilities brochures, presentation materials, etc.
· Develop the organisation’s unique selling propositions and differentiators based on market and competitor knowledge
· Develop prospects through on-site visits, video conference, phone, and/or email
· Conduct prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing, qualifying clients, making presentations, following up and handling objections, closing sales, and maintaining good relationships with customers.
· Source prospects through multiple channels
· Cultivate and grow relationships with both new and existing accounts that will increase and ensure excellent client relationships and match the business partners to overall business objectives.
· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
· Generate new opportunities & appointments by managing inbound leads.
· Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
· Present to senior stakeholders on business trends and impact on new services and distribution channels
· Generate and submit sales reports to the management in a timely manner.
· Engage in the full cycle of the recruitment process to fulfill clients' hiring needs; which includes sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates (using various channels) and maintaining strong relationships with candidates during the interviewing, offering and on-boarding stages.
· Identify suitable candidates from our jobseeker database and ATS to meet client's talent acquisition requirements.
· Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
· Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates and develop long-term relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
· Build influential candidate relationships during the candidate selection process.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned
Job Requirements:
· Degree or diploma in IT, Information System, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or its equivalent.
· More than 4 years of experience with B2B in IT recruitment or IT sales.
· Experience in service sales with tender and bidding participation.
· Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
· Possess excellent presentation skills, negotiation skills, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and their priorities.
· Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and responsibly.
· Possess a positive attitude, is goal-oriented, and is a team player.
· Work well with co-workers.
· Possession of CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediary) is advantageous
· Experience in Information Technology or other technical fields is a plus.
