Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking complex dishes, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards.
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness, following strict hygiene protocols.
- Contribute to menu development with innovative ideas.
- Monitor stock and assist in ordering supplies.
- Guide less experienced kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally as a cook or in a similar role.
- Strong foundation in cooking techniques and food safety.
- Teamwork skills, with the ability to support and learn from colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
