- Lead and direct kitchen staff in the Executive Chef's absence, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.
- Mentor the culinary team, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, procurement, and inventory to ensure financial efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining the highest quality and safety levels.
Requirements:
- Preferred culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Significant experience in a senior culinary role, with a solid foundation in kitchen management and customer service.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with expertise in budget management and cost control.
