Job Scope:
Payroll Executive
- Handle about 150 headcounts for monthly payroll
- Involve in payroll audits
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data to maintain accuracy.
- Support on HR Generalist function
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
- Address employee queries and concerns related to HR matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant studies
- Applicants shall have at least 2 years of relevant working experience and able to work with minimal guidance
