Operations Project & Maintenance Executive

Job Description:

  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
  • Create a detailed work plan which identify and sequence the activities required to complete the project successfully.
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment etc.) required to complete the project.
  • Develop and review project schedule for timely and effective completion of works.
  • In consultation with Main Contractor, M&E/Kitchen specialists, Landlords, etc. for technical issues relevant to the project.
  • Set up files to ensure all project information is documented and secured appropriately.
  • Enforce tender procurement process to engage Contractors for the project.
  • Monitor progress of the project to ensure successful completion of the project.
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the operations team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and meets the required level of quality.
  • Review fit out/maintenance costs.
  • Manage and coordinate contractors and vendors for fit out / maintenance works.
  • Work closely with operations and relevant departments to ensure fit out / maintenance works are efficiently carried out.
  • Provide technical support and training for both internal and oversea.
  • Ensure business compliance of license are valid and/or adhere at all times.
  • Any other assignment by Head of Operations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Building Management or relevant.
  • At least 5 years of related working experiences in project management for F&B or retail organizations.
  • Proficient in reading design drawings, architectural/technical blueprints, and shop drawings
  • Understand Singapore government agencies requirements and application process (e.g. SFA, BCA, URA, SPF)
  • Strong supervisory skills are absolutely needed
  • Able to communicate and work under pressure
  • Independent, resourceful, detail-oriented and has initiative
  • Able to manage projects and small team and track progress for improvement.
  • Team player with good negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Self-discipline and self-motivated with dynamic personality to always strive for better results.
  • May require to work during weekends and public holidays for projects.
