Job Description:
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
- Create a detailed work plan which identify and sequence the activities required to complete the project successfully.
- Determine the resources (time, money, equipment etc.) required to complete the project.
- Develop and review project schedule for timely and effective completion of works.
- In consultation with Main Contractor, M&E/Kitchen specialists, Landlords, etc. for technical issues relevant to the project.
- Set up files to ensure all project information is documented and secured appropriately.
- Enforce tender procurement process to engage Contractors for the project.
- Monitor progress of the project to ensure successful completion of the project.
- Review the quality of the work completed with the operations team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and meets the required level of quality.
- Review fit out/maintenance costs.
- Manage and coordinate contractors and vendors for fit out / maintenance works.
- Work closely with operations and relevant departments to ensure fit out / maintenance works are efficiently carried out.
- Provide technical support and training for both internal and oversea.
- Ensure business compliance of license are valid and/or adhere at all times.
- Any other assignment by Head of Operations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Building Management or relevant.
- At least 5 years of related working experiences in project management for F&B or retail organizations.
- Proficient in reading design drawings, architectural/technical blueprints, and shop drawings
- Understand Singapore government agencies requirements and application process (e.g. SFA, BCA, URA, SPF)
- Strong supervisory skills are absolutely needed
- Able to communicate and work under pressure
- Independent, resourceful, detail-oriented and has initiative
- Able to manage projects and small team and track progress for improvement.
- Team player with good negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
- Self-discipline and self-motivated with dynamic personality to always strive for better results.
- May require to work during weekends and public holidays for projects.
