- Position : Front Desk Executive / Customer Service – Up top $2,800 Basic – Tiong Bahru
- Location : Tiong Bahru
- Working hours : 6 Days Work Week - 3 rotating shifts (7AM-3PM, 3 PM -11 PM, 11 PM -7AM) or Permanent Night Shift (11PM-7AM)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,800 Basic + Meal Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave (1st Year)

Responsibilities:
- Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
- Handles guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
- Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
- Handles the day-to-day operation of Front Office department.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth-flowing of operations and to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays and either 3 rotating shifts or permanent night shift
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- No experience required!
