- To be in charge of day to day operations of the restaurant
- To plan for monthly promotions for the restaurant
- To work closely with captains regarding feedback from customers
- Daily to meet with chefs only monthly food promotions and ensure pre-reserved menus are in order
- To source for new suppliers for the restaurant
- To do monthly sales reports
- To hold monthly sales meeting
- To give regular feedback to kitchen staff about customers feedback on food
- Flare to communicate with all levels of staff
- Able to communicate clearly
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- 6 day week, including weekends, 10am-3pm and 6pm-10pm
