Roles and Responsibilities:-
Human Resource
- Report to Admin & HR Manager
- Full spectrum of HR duties
- Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, increment, promotion, termination etc.
- Work pass application, renewal, cancellation, repatriation
- Arranging training for staff
- CPF Contribution
- Foreign workers' accommodation and related activities
- Generating payroll, gathering data & calculating OT
- Year-end IRAS submission
- Updating & Maintenance of Personnel Files
Admin
- Licence & certifications monitoring and renewal
- Company's ISO Systems, including documentation, maintenance, attending to external audits
- Working with banks, company secretary, accountant on corporate issues
- Ensure company Insurance is valid – new/renewal
- Vehicle management, including vehicle insurance and roadtax renewal
- Support Project Teams in sourcing & issuing of Purchase Orders.
- Shipping, logistics arrangements.
- Prepare Invoice to clients, Payment to suppliers, GST returns
- Any ad-hoc activities by Admin & HR Manager, from time to time.
Requirement
- ‘0” Level/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Good understanding of HR practices including Employment Act
- Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
- Good working attitude & self-driven
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact with people at all levels
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, HR System (infotech), Accounting System (Quickbooks)
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
