Role Overview:
As a Retail Associate, you will be a key contributor to the retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving success. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing cashiering duties, overseeing inventory, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers, providing excellent service and addressing their needs.
- Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and maintaining professionalism.
- Manage stock inventory, ensuring neat displays and prompt restocking of merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Location: Islandwide (Outlet assignment nearest to your residence)
Salary Package:
- Junior Retail Associate: $1900 (candidate without retail experience)
- Senior Retail Associate: $2000 - $2200 (candidate with retail experience in fashion category)
- Supervisor: $2600 - $2900 (candidate with supervisory retail experience in fashion category)
