Responsibilities:
- Follow checklists and procedures for each shift diligently.
- Provide excellent service to guests, following standards and protocols.
- Inspect facility and kitchen regularly for food quality and service.
- Communicate positively and effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Handle cash transactions accurately following procedures.
- Assist manager in promotions and event planning.
- Monitor and guide team performance when needed.
- Understand and oversee Food & Beverage operations.
- Take charge of restaurant supply storage.
- Prioritize tasks for smooth operations.
- Foster a positive team environment.
Working Hours/Days:
- 44 hours/week, 5 days
