- Location: MacPherson, Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks, considering market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to synchronize merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain categorization of Product Item Attributes.
- Perform weekly analysis of product sell-through and generate monthly data reports.
- Offer merchandising support and engage in key projects with cross-functional teams.
- Supervise sales performance, pricing, inventory management, buying, allocation, grouping, and markdowns.
- Coordinate launching plans and ensure seamless delivery in collaboration with the Logistics Department.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to establish in-store display guidelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising team, including training and development initiatives.
- Efficiently report weekly action plans to the Department Head.
Entry Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Retail Management, Statistics, Business Analytics.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Merchandising, Retail Buying, or relevant field.
- General knowledge of Merchandising and Buying processes, with strong product knowledge.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel with good analytical skills.
