Job Scope
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
- Planning and coordinating trenchless method pipe laying and open–cut works.
- Participate in pre-project activities such as estimation of project efforts, preparation of high-level project plan with project timeline and resource requirements, and staffing and organisation of project team.
- Plan, coordinate, and communicate project plan, timeline, and activities to the project team. Liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate work progress such as LTA, PSM, SLA, HDB, SPPG, SP Group and N parks and all the telecommunication authorities.
- Assist with Project Manager to maintain project issue register to keep close match of the project issues till their resolution.
- Assist with Project Manager for Manage performance of the project team, guide the project team in resolving issues, and resolve conflicts within the project team.
- Assist with Project Manager for Manage customer’s expectation by understanding customers’ needs and providing realistic expectations and scope of the projects.
- Work closely with 3rd-parties involved in projects.
- Verify the As-built drawings & claim documents.
- All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience in Construction or Piping
