Support Coordinator/Call Agent

Kerja Holdings Pte. Ltd.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a half-day on Saturday (8:30 am to 12:30 pm). Off on public holidays, no overtime required.


Location: Aljunied


Responsibilities:

  • Answer and make phone calls politely and accurately.
  • Keep track of follow-up calls efficiently.
  • Work with other departments to locate guests.
  • Quickly respond to guest questions and requests, using their names if possible.
  • Report guest complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.
  • Stay updated on local phone numbers and commonly dialed numbers.
  • Daily reporting in the logbook.

Requirements: Basic computer skills.
