Salary Ranges: S$12000 to S$15000
Standard Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
Working Days: 5.5 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple mega office relocation projects simultaneously.
- Oversee assigned projects from planning, contract administration, site supervision, liaison with various stakeholders, government agencies, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure project completion within budget and on schedule.
- Work closely with government agencies to obtain timely approval and compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Provide regular and timely project progress updates to clients.
Job Requirements:
- A level or Diploma graduated in any discipline.
- Must have at least 25 years of hands-on office relocation project management and implementation experience.
- Relevant project and implementation management experience in China across major cities and experience in relocating mega projects with conglomerate MNCs.
- Experience managing and installation of over 10,000,000 sq ft projects in major cities in China, Mongolia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Bangladesh.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills across countries.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese at all levels with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to exceed customer satisfaction.
