BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement direction, strategy and proprieties for Business Development in APAC and influence overall team and business strategy in the region
- Coach, develop and motivate sales and support professionals to drive for sales performance and achieve sales goals
- Secure new profitable business opportunities to accelerate the expansion of client portfolio globally
- Lead regional expansion plans, work closely with the respective country managers, locals teams and overseas partners
- Plan and execute Brand & Product launch by defining market plan
- Determine annual plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and action plans for regions
- Develop strategic growth plans and New Product Innovation for various countries
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement till contract closing for new and existing customers
- Advise on strategic initiatives such as product development
- Ensures comprehensive understanding of industry issues and competitive landscape to ensure relevance and appropriate competitive positioning
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields with min 12yrs relevant experience
- Proven track record of understanding of sales and business development processes and managing business development team members
- Good business acumen with excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
