Introduction
We are looking for dynamic, committed individuals to join our Sales team as a Retail Key Account Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our FMCG clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clients’ relations and build contacts with potential clients for new business opportunities.
- Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with existing FMCG clients.
- Identify leads and lead new business opportunities to expand distribution channels / networks.
- To exceed or achieve monthly sales targets / new business development served in the assigned area.
- Track, monitor and analyse products, channels and customers sales trends in order to maximise sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.
- Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
- Take initiative in implementing best practices to perform duties.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree with at least 1-2 years of sales or key account management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with supermarkets, convenience store channel clients will be advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Independent, self-motivator with determination to succeed.
- Interest in food products and the FMCG industry.
