JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Draft job advertisements, job postings on various channels
· Pre-screen, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to job requirements
· Conduct interview and access the “right” fit
· Scheduling and coordinating interviews
· Administering of contracts
· Develop & maintain a strong network with active and passive candidates
· Prepare and submit weekly report and updates to stakeholders
· Resumes’ database management
· Clients’ management, including business development, account servicing, clients’ relationship building,
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· A Diploma or Degree in any discipline
· Positive, with good initiative
· IT savvy
· With or without CEI (Basic) Licence
