About Our Client
Our client is an application developer with a team of 1200 professionals. With a user base from SEA, Japan, Korea, Turkey and etc., we are setting up the first overseas office in Singapore.
Job Description
- Manage daily operations of bank accounts
- Coordinate account opening procedures
- Review and process external payments, employee reimbursements, and salary disbursements
- Maintain communication with banks
- Ensure timely recording of income and expenses.
- Monitor bank transactions and balances, track fund status, and execute fund transfers promptly
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- 2-years experience in financial operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders in China
