Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for assigned Product from design to end of life
- Prepare the NPI schedules and ensure to meet the time line
- Oversee the progress of the product start from Dev to NPI and site transfer, production ramp up
- Follow up with respective functional dept and teams to clear the road blocks of any issue related to assign products
- Work on continuous product improvement costing, process etc
2) Liaise with various Design Centres and Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU)
- Liaise with Design centres, Product managers and MBU the Production Release
- Conduct Review, Schedule and Production Releases meetings
- Oversee all aspects of project planning and initiation and ensure all documentation is created
- Support Production to achieve the production target yield
3) Support Design centre the prototype build
- Manage the resources to build the prototypes required by Design centres
- Liaise with supplier and purchasing team to get the component sources, manage ministore.
- Manage the prototype shipments.
4) Manage BOM and SAP with company standard practice as well as ECN management
- Maintain the superBOM with company standard part number
- Manage GMMC (Group material master) team and ensure SAP data integrity
- Manage ECN process and technical support
5) Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:

- Knowledge of PCBA (circuit board) and electronic components (capacitors, switches, etc...).
- Able to travel frequently between Singapore and Malaysia
- Good Interpersonal skill

- Min 3-5 years of experience in Electronic Industry
- Chinese proficiency to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
- Experience using SAP
- Work experience in Product transfer for Electronic Industry
- Ability to multitask and strong computer knowledge
