Job Scope
- Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
- Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
- Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.
- Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
- Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized.
- Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
- Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.
Requirement
- N Level and above
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experiences in similar role
