Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Tanning and Finishing production planning by publishing the weekly schedule, and to attend daily production meetings
- Analyse production throughput vs planned schedule, and work with production team to sort out the challenges
- Define production capacity with Production department and track the planned vs actual
- Perform transactions in M3 related to Manufacturing Orders (MO)
- Work closely with internal functions to keep the initial promised dates to the customers
- Proactively working to detect the potential issues and failures which will disrupt the initial promised dates to the customers
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management/Business Management
- Min 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing in the production planning
- Supply Chain areas of Warehousing/Shipping/Inventory Management/Demand planning/Distribution planning experience will be an advantage
- Understanding of ERP systems especially in Planning Modules and Forecasting Modules
