Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop test plans and protocols for process characterization, design verification and validations.
- Create, design and establish manual and automated testing procedures for performance, testing, and functionality.
- Determine the requirement lists based on functional, regulatory and product performance criteria.
- Oversee all design validation and verification tasks in order to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Conducts benchmark tests to compare product quality to current products.
- Create and verify test equipment and fixtures.
- Work with the quality and product development teams to perform feasibility testing.
- Coordinate with the external test labs to acquire critical date information for test results.
- Provide test report to the project management team.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiologu, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or it’s equivalent.
- With 2-4 years working experience in the Automotive, Medical Device or Aerospace Industry.
- Prior Medical device experience in design validations and verification.
- Competent with scripting languages and test automation tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory standards, test & design verification methodologies.
