About Our Client
Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital transformation initiatives within the joint venture, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation across various business functions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on digital transformation best practices, tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budget, and timeline.
Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on system integration, preferably in consulting or IT services firms.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering digital transformation projects, from inception to implementation.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, AI, IoT, and automation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as PMP, ITIL, Agile, or specific technology platforms are a plus.
