My client is a global entertainment media company based here in Singapore and they are looking for a Lead Product Designer- Media/B2C who will be responsible for leading a small team of 3 designers with potential to expand the team. You will be responsible for providing great user experiences and journeys for their users.

Job Description
The Lead Product Designer- Media/B2C will work alongside the management team to develop compelling product strategies and vision for their platform products. You will be working with various stakeholders and ensure a great user experience for their customers globally as they scale up their business.
They are looking for someone who ideally has worked on product design within media/entertainment companies or has a strong background in building products within the B2C space. They will be looking for a hands-on, user-centric individual who is not afraid to roll up the sleeves to get things done and are able to make decisions driven by data. You will get to work on both internal and external products.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- 8 or more years' of experience in UX Design within B2C Internet companies
- 2 or more years' experience in leading product design teams
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders across seniorities and functions
- Quantitative and analytical skills; make good data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of Internet and mobile app ecosystem, especially in the digital media industry
