Job Scope
- Existing/potential customers engagement and sales channel management to ensure delivery of revenue target.
- Ability to independently present company equipment solutions and advantages to customers at all levels.
- Manage equipment demo/benchmarking to drive successful outcome.
- Liaison with internal teams and customers on technical matters, and respond to complaints.
- Coordinate internal effort to provides time to solutions to resolve customers’ issues for assigned projects.
- Manage internal teams and processes to ensure on time delivery of equipment and upgrades.
Requirement
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences in Semiconductor Assembly Equipment industry
- Possess Project Management experience will be advantageous
