Job Scope
- Generate delivery orders and sales invoices.
- Support sales team and coordinate sales-related activities within the organization.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipping documents and invoices.
- Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternate delivery dates.
- Closely follow up and update customers on delivery dates.
- Prepare purchase orders to suppliers.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.
- Appoint and co-ordinate with freight forwarder to deliver goods to our warehouse.
- Co-ordinate with logistic/warehouse on delivery schedule.
- Handle email/phone enquiries.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline
- 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience
