Job Scope
- Responsible for developing training materials and providing training to employees using effective training techniques to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
- Lead in consolidating our knowledge base, documenting knowledge and solutions to build product knowledge capacity within the organisation.
- Create reference guides for our technical teams to have easy reference to easily access our knowledge and procedures.
- Train and audit the business partners on the installation methods used to ensure consistency in brand experience locally.
- Conduct training analysis and evaluation to suggest necessary training program and improvements.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Engineering or relevant discipline
- 2 – 3 years of experience in delivering training program / teaching role
