Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering expected sales target.
- Promptly attending and responding to enquiries from Customer Service/ Sales / Agents
- Responsibilities include, account management, developing in-depth market knowledge; generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
- Attend to customers feedback/ complaints and follow up with after sales service.
- Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are deal with appropriately
- Assist & provide consistent follow-ups with existing & new customers to ensure that quality service standards are maintained.
- Basic knowledge of ISO tanks
- Handling in customer’s enquiry & requirements
- Submission of Daily Report, Sales Report & Sales Plan
- Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by management from time to time.
- Any other ad hoc basis work on administrative duties assigned by Superior.
- Analysing the loading and booking volume details on weekly basis and accordingly coordinating with teammates for boost up of volume.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in business development / Sales in the tanker logistics sector
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in the ISO Tank industry
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with the sales team
- Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members
