Responsibilities:
· Manage operations and process efficiency and effectiveness;
· To manage inbound and outbound and operation activities.
· Monitor day-to-day operation activities to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation,
· To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
· Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Handle transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.
· Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..
· To assist for quality control and continuous improvement.
· Monitor bonded (duty unpaid) cargoes, tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
· Assist in any other duties as required
Requirements:
· Diploma in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a warehouse / logistics environment
· Experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
· Experience in 3PL is an advantage
· Good team player, can do attitude and willingness to learn
· Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
· Possess good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
· Forklift license added advantage
