Responsibilities
- Take charge of order fulfilment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse to optimize inventory management
- Work closely with the lead to streamline return and exchange processes
- Support in supply chain process
- Collaborate with the design team to manage and organize product samples for new collections.
- Assist in coordinating the sampling process to meet design and production timelines
- Help with product procurement preparation and organization for a successful photoshoot
- Support in marketing - email marketing and competitor research
- Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks to support various departments and business needs.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and customer service is a plus
- Passion for the fashion industry and interest in e-commerce trends.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months of full-time internship and start in Apr/May
