Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Customer Service and Operations Teams to support daily RMA/RTV and Fulfillment process
- Handle daily routine operation and resolve operation issues
- Act as the main contact point to Customers, Management and HQ
- Liaise with customer on RMA return (RMA request, approval, return shipment, RMA return TAT etc)
- Liaise with repair vendor on RTV return (RMA application, return shipment, reverse logistics, RTV return TAT etc)
- Liaise with Warehouse, 3rd Party Hub and forwarders on logistics and shipment arrangements
- Handle systems transactions and Master file tracking
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Participate in weekly con-calls, face-to-face meeting with Customers, Internal meeting and Daily Operation meeting
- Compilation of daily, weekly, monthly reports as and when requested by Management, HQ and Customers
- Preparation of ISO procedures and process flow
- Constantly review Process Improvement and system enhancements
- Handle other ad-hoc duties and new projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holders and above
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (After-sales Service)
- Knowledge in RMA and RTV process is a must
- Must possess good leadership skills and be a Team player
- Strong in MS Office (Excel, MS words, Powerpoint)
- Attentive to details
- Pro-active and good working attitude
- Willing to support OT as and when required
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (to be able to liaise with chinese-speaking logistics counterparts)
