Work scope, duties and responsibilities


· Assist in carrying out sales and shipping activities

· Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing quality control activities

· Liaise with customers pertaining product specifications and quality issues

· Update quality standards regularly in order to conform to customer’s requirements

· Data entry into system pertaining to QA

· To monitor on time delivery performance of customers' parts

· Notify QA team about any major repairs and maintenances on company truck by driver

· Perform administrative duties including data entry, document management

· Coordinate & assist in sorting, filing, faxing, and copying documents

· Responsible to monitor deadline of each work order and report up for missed shipment items

· Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time


Monday to Sunday

Working Hours - Min 4 hrs - 8.30am to 12.30pm, 1.30pm to 5.30pm
