Key Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in our SAP S/4 HANA migration project, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) aspects.
- Utilize expertise in GRC methodologies to ensure the alignment of SAP S/4HANA solutions with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Implement GRC controls and procedures within the SAP S/4HANA environment to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to integrate GRC functionalities seamlessly into the S/4HANA solution.
- Lead the design and implementation of authorization processes and access controls for SAP cloud systems, leveraging GRC tools and frameworks.
- Facilitate the assignment of task lists to positions within the S/4HANA environment, optimizing workflow efficiency and accountability.
- Provide guidance and support on GRC-related issues throughout the project lifecycle, including post-implementation maintenance and enhancements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Security standards, contributing to the development of security policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP Security principles and best practices, applying them to enhance the security posture of the S/4HANA landscape.
- Collaborate with the broader project team to ensure that GRC considerations are integrated into all phases of the migration project.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to SAP GRC, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Extensive experience in SAP Security projects, with a focus on GRC implementation and management.
- Proficiency in utilizing GRC tools and frameworks for SAP cloud systems.
- In-depth understanding of SAP Security standards and best practices.
- Experience working on authorization processes and access controls within S/4HANA environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- 8 to 15 years of overall experience.
