Overview: As an IT Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth IT operations and continuous uptime by providing comprehensive support across infrastructure, network, and remote services. Working closely with regional and global teams, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of various projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the integrity of IT infrastructure, including network equipment and devices.
Supervise local IT assets, manage inventory, and handle license renewals.
Configure and deploy user laptops across various platforms, such as Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu.
Document standard procedures, best practices, and system configurations for future reference.
Ensure systems are kept up-to-date with upgrades and security patches.
Provide remote assistance to teams nationally and internationally, including those in Singapore.
Undertake miscellaneous IT tasks as required.
Requirements:
Preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical support roles.
Proficient in managing and resolving issues on Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu systems.
