What the role involves:
1. Monitoring pre-alert documents from Origin offices or sales support
2. Track and monitor flight arrivals and update customers
3. Handle survey shipments with Operations & customers
4. Ensure compliance with customer's SOP
5. Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, service provider
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• 'O' level
• 1 year in Airfreight and familiar with import process
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Well-organized on planning work tasks and meticulous on handling shipment documentations

Require to Rotate Monthly to work on Sunday and Standby on some PH
