Key Responsibilities
- Key responsible to handle company flight booking, hotel reservation, visa application and other travelling matters.
- Maintaining office systems (Company office phone, Photocopier machine etc) and handling documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors under admin responsibility on purchases, contract renewals, quotations and contract terms
- Coordinate training courses and programs for employees and update individual training record included Group E-learning.
- Administrates employees' attendance, annual leave balance and other types of leave in the e-leave system.
- In charge of postage matters and office stationery.
- Handle Office Pantry item
- Support HR in staff medical matters – claim and renewal
- Assists in HR Maintaining and filing of contracts
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
