Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  1. Key responsible to handle company flight booking, hotel reservation, visa application and other travelling matters.
  2. Maintaining office systems (Company office phone, Photocopier machine etc) and handling documentation.
  3. Liaise with suppliers and vendors under admin responsibility on purchases, contract renewals, quotations and contract terms
  4. Coordinate training courses and programs for employees and update individual training record included Group E-learning.
  5. Administrates employees' attendance, annual leave balance and other types of leave in the e-leave system.
  6. In charge of postage matters and office stationery.
  7. Handle Office Pantry item
  8. Support HR in staff medical matters – claim and renewal
  9. Assists in HR Maintaining and filing of contracts

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
