- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
- Salary: Salary up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full spectrum of human resource functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Formulate and implement recruitment strategies and talent management frameworks. Lead the sourcing, assessment, and selection processes, including managing work pass issues for foreign talent.
- Administer the entire performance appraisal cycle, execute annual increment and promotion cycles, and oversee succession planning initiatives.
- Periodically evaluate compensation packages and benefits, advise on HR policies, and deploy strategies in line with overarching business objectives.
- Collaborate with management and various departments to improve the work environment and relationships, and to address employee-related issues effectively.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of HR generalist experience
- Proven track record in delivering full-scale HR services, preferably with experience in the Food Manufacturing and/or F&B retail sectors.
- In-depth understanding of the Employment Act, Labour Laws, and the Progressive Wage Model (PWM).
- Strong business insight with the agility to apply HR expertise in facilitating business solutions.
- IHRP certification is preferred.
