- Position Title: Sales Admin Coordinator
- Working Location: Upper Thomson
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,200 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations within the sales department to ensure operational efficiency.
- Administer Sales Order Processing in CRM, including the creation and follow-up of Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoicing.
- Assist in the order processing, ensuring timely processing and coordination of deliveries.
- Act as the liaison for the sales and service team, assisting in daily sales activities and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless order delivery.
- Maintain office operations by managing the procurement and restocking of office stationeries and pantry supplies as required.

- Minimum Diploma in Business or related field with at least 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM system will be an added advantage
