- Position Title: Sales Admin/ Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Penjuru Close
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Sat), Mon to Fri (8 am – 5 pm), Sat (8 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales and purchase administration.
- Process orders and issue invoices.
- Assist with shipping and logistics activities.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Procure and maintain office stationery and equipment, and other necessities.
- Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.
