Job Description:
· Lead the security team through daily operations and all incident escalations
· Supervise and managing deployment
· Direct supervision of security personnel
· Conduct team briefing and debrief
· Execute evacuation plans and exercise, where applicable
· Planning of manpower deployment for designated sites
· Oversee daily operations at sites
· Maintain close relationship with clients to address any issues at site
· Identify and resolve security operations related issues
· Responding promptly to enquiries / emails from clients and emergency calls
· Ensure operations are in compliance with requirements of clients or contract
· Preparation and submission of reports / data as required by clients and the Company
· Preparation and submission of reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and / or Company’s Standard Operation Procedures
· Conduct induction program and orientation at site
· Assist in other site operations related activities as and when required
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 02 years relevant working experience, preferably in security industry
· Good knowledge of security sector and relevant experience in managing subordinates
· Strong sense of responsibility, independent and good managing skills
· Strong multitasking skills and sense of urgency in fast pace working environment
· Must be able to start work immediately or within short notice
